This allows you to set up a tipster information line which suits your business and then adapt the service as your model changes. The information line is made up of a number of elements:
Messages can be uploaded on to the line either from your PC via a web interface or by telephone. If required, Callagenix can arrange for the messages to be spoken by a professional voice over artist, for an additional fee.
Messages can be changed as often as you wish, allowing you to keep up with situations where news or odds are changing rapidly. This element of the service can also be used for general customer information or as part of a disaster recovery package.
The tipster information service comes with the option of a single line or multiple lines. There is also a wide range of telephone number types to choose from. For example, members of a tipster club who pay a regular membership might want to use a free phone 0800 number whilst those running the tipster line as a business might opt for a premium rate number.
For those wanting to restrict information, such as racing clubs, there is an option of a PIN entry system. This leads on to other variables. If you are offering multiple sets of information, you could offer separate PIN numbers for each type of information. Alternatively, the use of a single pin could then lead to a switchboard menu, such as Press 1 for Chepstow, 2 for Ascot etcetera.
